Respect to Fev, he'll have his name painted underneath Jezza's now. Good work fella.

Was anyone else completely amazed that Fev did not know who Jesaulenko was? This was revealed on FoxFooty when he told Mike Sheahan about getting the #25 guernsey and he had absolutely no idea of the number's relevance. As a St Kilda supporter you'd reckon that Fev might have had some idea who Jezza was.

Yeah, I read somewhere a couple of years ago that he had no idea who Jezza was when he got the #25. You'd think that anyone with a passing interest in footy would've heard of him, let alone a St Kilda supporting aspiring draftee.

Fabulous effort Brendan.

And to think that his career was as good as over at the end of 2002.

Here's to another 100 games and a couple of premierships Fev! :D

Fevola has always been an interesting player.Anyone see the doco with Shag and 2 other players and the trials and tribulations of the draft.Even the Shag then was known for the mood swings, the poor body language and the great skill all rolled into the one appetising package.

The facts are that Fevola is perhaps not the match wiiner the press and most of us make him out to be.8 goals is the most he has kicked in a game.He is a good player ,but perhaps doesn't have the talent that others think he has.In 99 games he has slotted 240 majors .The argument can be that Shag would have kicked more in a good side where half a dozen players could kick a wheat pellet up a chooks arse and not ruffle the feathers.

Despite this I am glad DP kept him on and showed faith in him.Whenever I go to see the blues I always have in my mind how Bf is going to peform.Shag is obviously playing under duress(maybe too much shagging) yet he has continued to play and been ok most weeks. The mail is this is his last game so that he can get the op done and be primed for 2006 where we hopefully will show his full potential.

Well done Shagger and your name is on the same locker as Jezza.Esteem company indeed.

Well done Fev.

Needs 11 possies this week to get to 1000 possessions for his career.

Heard a great stat at the Coaches luncheon last week. Of the 149(?) players to play 100 games for the Blues Fevola will have the Fifth highest goal total after 100 games.
