I dare someone to tell me the kid is not destined to be a deadset AFL superstar!

He has poise, balance, footy smarts, courage, a leap on him that looks Sean Kemp's look downright average, leadership qualities...

oh yeah, and captaincy would have to be a certainty within 2 - 3 years

wish he could kick just a tad better though although 4 gols aint bad!!!!

Rich

I'm hoping to catch a reply during the week.
I'm hoping to see myself on the TV, although my parents did not see.

I think he already is a superstar. He is one of those guys who can do the freakish and turn a match with his own boots/hands.

He just needs to lift his consistency.

He really is a sight to behold. If only he'd held onto that speccy...

As Cazzes called very early there is a touch of Kouta about Jarrad. Love watching him play and it will not be long before he takes mark of the year standing on someone shoulders.

Wish he'd taken that mark in the 3rd quarter

Why can't our players hold onto these screamers!!!
If Jarrad had only held onto that grab. It was an outrageous attempt at a mark! It would've been mark of the year for sure. It was breathtaking to watch... :P
Like Walker's last year (which would've pushed mark of the year as well), the boys let them slip through.

Jarrad's close to taking the next step where he commands a presence and delivers consistently. He is almost there. As long as stays injury-free, look out next year! 8)

I reckon it is because they dont really know how to land - at least walker anyway - he should practice on a bean bag or something!!!

waite was pretty out of control in the air - i think it was fair enough for him to brace for the ground - he was back laying a tackle immmediately after landing tho - that is a good sign!!

that atempted mark was better than walkers first game one.

waite deadset nearly jumped over ward(?) in a single bound without touching him.

that leap was deadset amazing

Who do you reckon can jump higher?

Brennan or Waite?

I think Brennan has something like 1.2meter vertical jump at draft camp. Broke all kinds of records as well.
