I promise this will be the last time I bump this. While waiting for a project to come in, I had time to try to flesh all these issues out for the benefit of the Blueseum:

It's long and unwieldy but I hope this will be useful for people in future in assessing who came in, who left, what was the result and why could we have done it.

Next article should be about Season 2004 in which I hope Synbad will give me a starting point.
