Less than 48 hours until the game and I cant wait for Sunday.Im going there to barrack my heart out for my team - yes we are favourites for the wooden spoon - yes everyone expert in every paper thinks we have no chance but get out there to Telstra Dome and passionately show your support for the Old Dark Navy Blues

Im taking two young Dardews on Sunday to encourage their devotion to the CFC - let them know What really barracking for a team means - not band wagon jumping when your team is on top or fashionable BUT supporting the team and club when its down and seen as a joke and subject to ridicule by all comers
Heed the battle cry for your team they need you Sunday like never before
PS not taking off my Carlton Boxers until Sunday night - so running the gauntlet with SWMBO but have to live dangerously sometimes even at my age
GO BLUES

Always on the money Frankie.ALWAYS support your team.Hail, rain,or shine.Im going, not in hope, but in the belief we can win.If you are frightened of the Dees, you are frightened of your own shadow.Livo on Neitz,Waite on Johnstone, yes thats right,Waite on Johnstone, and Sporn on Robbo. And then everybody else do there job and we are on.

I still have my jocks from the 1979 Grand Final and if SWMBO throws them out she will become SWDHTBO.

The way the tigers are going tonight we may no longer be that!!! Their percentage is 31. Especially considering we beat the Dogs 2 weeks ago & they were similar to tonight's side.

Cmon baggers its a new yr, a fresh yr, past results and performances have all been sweated outta ur systems over the summer. Attack every contest, wear ur opponent like a glove when the ball is in dispute, when we have control attack hard and fast make every loose ball a contest (make sure the opposition hears ur footsteps and hesitates).

If we play hard strong committed football the good times are around the corner and most importanly you will be respected and feared by your peers.

How good was it to be there seeing our exciting young team win - the carrying off of Kouta after 250 th - singing the theme song at the end until your hoarse - first win in a first round for 5 years
Fev bringing down pickett before the end after sprinting - our first goal resulting from houlihan putting his body in and spoiling Demon defender
The murphy first goal and already a focus for our young supporters
And Waitey could be anything - was brilliant
PS Mrs Caz still got the boxers on not sure I will take them off all week 8)
