Brock McLean & Colin Sylvia both look like they will be stars.

We need 3 top ten picks in this draft.

1. M Thompson didn't panic last week after being belted by Adelaide. He merely looked at the fixture and saw they were coming up against Carlton….ahh a nice easy win.
2. Geelong had absolutely no pressure applied into their forward 50 - hence the accuracy
3. D Pagan has coached Carlton to another VFL/AFL record for highest goals kicked with the least behinds scored
4. Opposition clubs have worked out Cameron Ling…a very slow and one sided player. Fancy N Stevens having his pants pulled down by this bloke and playing him into form.
5. M McCarthy seriously 5 goals 0 behinds.
6. Houla - for every one hard ball get he jibs you five.
7. Carrazzo continues to show a major deficiency in his goalkicking (rewind to the Haw game).

Adrian DeLuca is the epitome of a dumb footballer.

Takes far too long to decide what to do when he has the ball. Often or usually does the wrong thing.
When he hasnt got the ball, he's even worse. Runs to the wrong position offensively and defensively.
He shits me more than Campo did last year

A lot of our players are dumb footballers. Most of the crumbing goals Geelong scored yesterday were because players run past the ball. We don't get between our opponant and the ball/goals well enough.

DP needs to give these blokes the spray of their life. This nancy pancy bullshit of pretecting their tender little feelings is giving me the shits. Give em heaps of shit when they aren't doing what they are supposed to do or we'll just breed another group of softcocks.

Any player that can't handle a DP spray should be shown the door.

They are professional footballers and must kick goals from directly in front when within 45 metres.

They also must apply pressure (Nick Stevens  ) on midfielders rather than being bumped off the ball and out of a contest. Don't they understand that no pressure in the middle means absolutely no chance for the poor backmen :? :?

'DP has his strengths but strategy and proactivity are not amongst them, and no-one on the MC seems to cover his weaknesses.' gerry

that may be at the heart of the problem.

I realize this, BH ,and have been soft on him for a long time because of it.

But when I see a bloke with his experience and body get pushed aside by blokes 5 years his junior - I mean FFS  . He's gotta do a bit better than that.

A reaffirmation of "The Stevens Defenceâ„¢"?

Depends upon whether we want to win or we want to try players in a variety of roles and make some decisions for the future wihtout getting pantsed each week.

The whole team has these 2 attitudes:

1. "I'm not going to get that, I'll stop chasing"
2. "He's (teammates) not doing it, why should I?"
