I believe the following players have iomproved in 2006

(In Alphabetical order this excludes Rookie's and and new player's to the club)

Bentick:- Finding more of the ball and is doing well.
Blackwell: Will be a great player.Seems like a ball magnet
Carazzo(Has been playing defensive roles however his disposal is better but still not great)
Fevola:- Done suberbly consdering we have had low inside fifty's.80 plus goals hopefully
Houlihan:- Needs to get a notch harder much better than last year!
Russell:- Still along way to go however he has broken into the siade an has shown glimpses of what's to come. Like his dispasal & intensity.
Scotland:- Playing that sweeper role beautifully. Could be more damaging with his offence tho!
Simpson:- Probably the most improved out of the youngster's.
Thornton: Especially in the last 10 rounds or so has improved and has shown us what he showed earlier in his debut year. Much stronger now!
Walker:- Probably 1/2 a notch behind Kade Simpson in improvement however has shown what he is made of an, expect some better performances in the last few rounds. Needs to measure his kicks better.
Whitnall:- As a backman/Playmaker has re-ignited his AFL career. Looking trim and I would say his most improved aspect is his Leadership. MOre voice on the field and has led by example!
Wiggins:- Definately has improved however he needs to stop missing easy shot's for goal and turning the ball over. Much more improved and has that tough element to his game. Always gives 1000%.

Following player's need to show something before I'm convinced they are more improved player's in 2006:-
Bett's:- Up and down year. Don't know how to read his season.
O'haiplin:- Nearly there!
Hopefully the player's below can gives us something with in the next few rounds so we canbe hopeful about them next year.
Waite Injury prone.
Fisher Injury prone.
I cannot see anyone else improving out of our current list!!

The most improved player would have to be Kade Simpson. Has gone ahead in leaps and bounds.
Walker, Bentick and Fevola not far behind him.

Ladies and gentlemen we are only a couple of draft's away from Final's footy. There is no doubt that the MC is purposely injecting low draft pick's into the club coz I'll tell ya what, after 2008 it's time for "RE-BiRTH OF AN EMPIRE!

I love watching Andrew Walker play and see him will himself to get better and better and Simpson simply surprises me with his endeavour and skills.

I like Bentick but fear he may be a tad slow and I also like Carrazzo but want him to sprint the first ten to fifteen after marking.

But the best improver has been Fevola for mine. No head hanging, fence leaning histrionics. Just some solid FF footy with plenty of goals from the worst delivery in the comp. The boy should be applauded.

I agree WBY - in terms of the whole package, Fev gets my vote as well. It would be easy for him to fall back to bad habits with the ball is delivered to him 75% of the time and trow his hands in the air but this year he has been Mr 1% in my opinion. A great example to the kids and will lead from the front as we climb back up the ladder.

and despite our "poorer" delivery is being rewarded with more gols.... A lesson for Fev that being an all round player has it's benefits...."all round"
