Seems like the club is struggeling to sell tickets to the B&F. Club is now doing a ring around to members who have attended in the past.

Probably a sign of the times... I will however say that I find these fuctions (B&F and guernsey presentation) are good value. Good chance you sit next to a player (a couple of years ago I sat with Kouta and Campo( :-D ) and all good fun. Costs $150 per head all included. So I can recommend it if you have the time and $. We will probably attend again if we can organise a baby sitter.

Yeah get on board people, it is a great night.

And you even get a charnce to appear in the club's membership brochure as a couple of TC'ers did last year. :)

It's also Marc Murphy's first B&F, I expect the applause to be huge for every vote he gets. It will be good practise for him and the audience. 8)

Some might joke about it and just ignore it, but this is a good example of why our club CANNOT afford to just go along next year without change and an influx of hope.

Our membership will be reduced again next year unless something drastic occurs over the summer. Our sponsership and gate receipts (crowd numbers) will fall even more, god help us.

It's not a joke people. We are in still in debt, have a huge cash flow problem and are on the nose to the market.

Maybe it's a silent protest against last year's voting... :P

The more pertinent question is...

Do you call them Potato Scallops or Potato Cakes?

:P

Yep, we really need all the memberships we can get. There's no excuse not to re-new. No excuse at all.

We've got a table going, really looking forward to it! Club functions are always good.
