Maybe Denis can go along and watch closely.
He might hear a lot of voice on the ground from players.
Players enjoying themselves.
Players knowing there roles and thriving on them and the challenges put to them.
Players working for each other and not getting in each others way or 4 forwards all going for the 1 ball.
Young players getting game time and responsability. Mixed in with that is experienced players like Morell and Harford who complement those kids and show by "example" and with wordss later what the kids should be doing if they are out of position or make a mistake.
No pointing/waving by senior players to "show leadership" but they will actually go and pick a player up and also give advice after that in a break in play or in the huddle.
Denis might also see that every person under the age of 23 not being used as a tagger or back pocket. But actually encouraged to play the game and get the ball and play to there strengths as well as try and be accountable. I believe its called having a balance and "development".
Rather than develop them all in the same way. By playing them back for a few years and try as best as you can to hammer the flair and natural instincts they have.
I believe there are a few "subtle" points in there for Denis.
