There are some factors from this that you just can't argue, Fev honestly believes:

- the young kids are being developed really well
- success isn't that far away and the future is really bright
- he wants to be part of that future

- he believes Pagan is the man to take us there

Good to know that a leader of the club is thinking positively about the future of the club, actually believes we are going places and is willing to get out there and generate some enthusiasm and positive press!

Must say I loved this one from the hun article:

Quote:
The best example was when I chased down Byron Pickett in Round 1. I kicked five for the day and I think I chased him down in the last couple of minutes and the crowd went nuts. I cramped up in both my calves and I came off and as I was running off, the crowd was cheering and clapping and that felt better than anything I've felt on the footy field before. I wanted to smile. I had games last year when I was going off, they were clapping because I was going off. This time they were clapping because they appreciated what I had done. It felt better than kicking goals.

I was at that game and he was spot on - the crowd went nuts!

Nice to know that the players can hear us and do know what we're saying.

I agree we should only listen to those who hold the same views as ourselves.

But Gardiner  God I hope someoine has explained to Carlton that Gardiner can't even F@%&#! ruck anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am seriously scared!
If he can't ruck he'd be entirely useless to us.If we were to use our spare pick to go for a player from another club I rather Polak so we could plug up CHB quickly, but I'm not sure about that one either given his discipline

If we get Gardiner and Polak, surely we have to go for Thurstans too. Let's get the trifecta*

*of something. I don't know what...

Players with an 'a' in their surname obviously
