If we get the woven jumper back... does that mean that we can wear duffle coats again?

That trophy they found would have to be worth a PP and PSD pick for sure.

Yes there was discussion before the game about it. Someone ran a poll, opinion was very split.

I like both.

It could be said that the new one is more traditional than the 70's 80's version because it is a representation of our shield monogram.

The only tradition associated with the 70's 80's monogram are the number of premierships won in them. Well we won plenty of premierships wearing a chamois yoke as well, are we going to bring that back as well?

The 70s80s monogram were only the way they were because of technological constraints.

How about we look forwards as a club instead of backwards?

Would have thought there were far more important issues for our board members to be attending to than this.

I think we actually agree.

Definitely like the jumper used in the farewell match.

The monogram on the jumper on that day stood out very clearly as opposed to the current monogram that's been used from 1998.

BRING IT BACK!!!!

I don't know why AFL clubs haven't caught onto "Retro shirts" as merchandise options. They could make a run of dirt cheap polyester-crap jumpers like we all wore as kids, with the retro monogram and sell them for $40..... they'd make a killing.
