Lets get along sunday and support our team I acknowledge it is a battle at the moment and after losing last week to the scumsuckers I did think why should I bother but even in times of adversity there are rays of hope -Im looking forward to a seeing fisher take some of those contested marks -carrazzo breaking those tackles and running away from the opposition- seeing whether livo plays on one of the talls or play on richo
Hoping that simmo continues to improve and gets the NAB rising star nomination
Looking forward to getting a more even performance from Waite - hoping that sporn can string 2 good games together
Hoping Bentick will get a go and some real game time -
Hoping the team show a bit of mongrel grit srap fight tenacity - the leaders lead and look to take revenge on a side that gave us a belting about 7 weeks ago

I know last week's loss would have burned you Frankie. I hope that the other side of the family weren't too harsh

I agree with your sentiments. It's been "deja vu all over again" this year. It has really begun to smell a lot like 2002 but unlike 2002 the fire in people's belly seems to be petering out.

The medicine to be delivered at the end of the year is necessary and will be effective. We just need to hang on and make sure that the Club weathers the storm and come out of this brighter and stronger than ever.

As much as I don't want Synbad to see me supporting the players I hope your dream comes true frank :D

We will be there, like all home games. I am already steeling myself. I think I bring a good book in case it gets too ugly to watch. Just bought "lead belly" when I was travelling, probably appropriate choice in these times...

Only tenacity and 100% commitment will make me half pleased. If only three Carlton players walk off the ground with the blood rule I will be bitterly disappointed.

I want 100% masochism
I want 100% discipline
I want 100% commitment
I want 100% team work
I want 100% total white line fever
I want total warfare
I want blood spilt

I want to see:
Livo towel up Richo.
Fisher kick 4
Simpson 25 touches + 3 goals
Fevola rested
Houlihan have a 30 touch game
..and sadly, I want the Blues to go down by a respectable margin

*sigh* I hate this f*cking system...

That won't happen. He played well today though. Took a great mark and got 4 goals.

I would like to go this week. And I normally go to the games against Richmond (have friends that go for em), but I got an Open Day tomorrow.

BUT GO THE BLUEBOYZ.

I reckon that's part of the problem!

then again, I heard once that Leigh Matthews, toughest player of all time, didn't mind a mild spanking after hours.....

I'll be there. I always am, not that I've been getting much enjoyment from it lately. As much as I'd love to get all high and mighty about those that don't attend I can understand their point of view. Why should they pay good money for nothing but two hours of pain and depression?

That's what some people are forgetting with the whole tanking thing, we're driving away the supporters who bring money to the club.

Will be there and stay right to the end no matter what the score.

I'm hoping that Dennis and the MC give Bryan a run at CHB to see what type of a fist he could make of the position in the last few games.
