Simple question...

Which single Carlton player would you most like to no longer be at the club?

Just to note I thought I had dreamt that I voted in the previous poll and wondered where my post had gone and voted Fevola again, answer should be Whitnall

Personally id ditch everyone in the organisation... thats holding us back..

All the suits on the board that have no idea about footy...
Coaches that are in lala land or not doing what we need to go forward...
players that are not giving the club whatever they can..

The club is getting close to putting a heand out for a broom...

Im interested to see what it does over the next few weeks..

Hopefully its not adding Shannon Grant to Kouta Campo and Lance for a tilt on the flag...

so now you're advocating getting rid of the board and Collo after saying "letsh ope he's well, we really need him " earlier in the year.
Now you're saying get rid of your hero Denis are you?
Just like to clarify your position.

Collo is doing his best, he also needs to stabilize our finances, which is not helped by cellar dwerlling.
Pagan has always wanted to win, and will do whatever it takes to get us back up. Have faith, Synners.

Josh, stop putting words in his mouth.
At no point in his post did he mention the names Collo or Denis.

just want to know which people on the board and which coaches in particular , or to be more explicit for you PJ, which "suits on the board" and which "coaches in la la land?". Lets go for the particular here and not the general. Which years did you take at Bialik by the way, just the year 8s?

This next 2 weeks is critical for us....

Its our building block into the future.

After this there are no EXCUSES....!!!

They cant complain about long back ended contracts.. or draft penalties.. ..or players who dont like the coach.... or anything else....

Next year there needs to have a semblence of some kind of plan...

Three years allowed the club to put its own mark on the playing group for the fourth year....no excuses!!!!

I mean i dont mean finals...

I mean ... murmurings of discontent from a senior group....
(especially)

You mind your own business....

Ill address that when its time... and not because you asked me ...

Shouldnt you be reading a book on biology or something???

How will you pass the test when youre asked to point to a picture of a females vagina???

don't avoid the question, answer now.. but oh no, that won't leave you room to change your answers/opinions, as you like to....

p.s I don't do biology, I'm a humanities person.. and no i don't need to read that much, I get away without doing much work... fortunate i guess, :-D

Ill let you know what i think after trade week....

They better not be thinking were a defender and a midfielder away from finals action......

We need everything under the sun... and we should be using has beens to help address the situation... I dont want Longmuirs and Chambers

Thats all i have to say...
.. for now...

fair enough.

for what it's worth, can anyone remember Denis EVER being dudded in a trade deal? At us or at North.. sure we may have got some dodgy recycled players, but we haven't given away anything significant in return. Lets just have faith in Denis for now

I dont think im worrying about being dudded.. im worried about thinking we can touch finals glory.. with what we have all we need are a couple of players and we can get tremendous improvement...

Which is easier than cutting people away (who really cant play this game plan and a re a cancer.. and replacing them with kids (unknown quality)...

I hope were Denis is not thinking he needs to get us until the eight to prove he can coach....

We should be bringing in development coaches.. and re structuring accountability throughout the kids... and building platforms for the future...

Not trying to get off the bottom by keeping players that dont suit what we should be doing (building for a window of opportunity in 5 years).. and bringing in more polly filla..

Of the 44 players to play in the winning Prelim sides last week, only 1 player was younger than 21.

28 of the 44 had been drafted by the club they now play for.

Building premiership sides takes time.

Will be a few years yet where we have a team of player 22+ years old.

ok and fair enough. But I would think that should favour us in keeping Lance, who is 26 and may be around in 3-4 years when we can challenging. Lappin will be gone.. maybe that is their reasoning? I don't know. But look, when Stkilda did it, they bought in Hamil and Gherig who were older in addition to targeting young kids.. maybe that is what we're trying to do.. al we can do is wait.
But I'd rather get proven older players in than unproven middle age players i.e longmuir/chambers. But never for picks in the top 50.. EVER

well, alot of ppl think he will be finsihed in 2-3 years . but on the other hand, his footy smarts may allow him to continue playing for alot longer than most expect..

Mrs Caz approves of the sentiment but not the language. 8)

I'd like to vote for all 5 to start afresh but that's not possible.
