Great to have more depth in our rucking division, and even better to hear the groans from Essendon* supporters.

A happy pre-season draft yet again.

Welcome Dylan! I hope your stay at Carlton is everything you want as a player, and everything that we want as fans.... although both groups will be bound to be disappointed occasionally!

What I know for a fact is that Brisbane were dead keen to keep Dylan, but only offered the one year due to their concerns over his injury. For that reason, I'm 100% delighted we have him, and glad that a proud, talented footballer gets another chance in a system that eats the young for breakfast..... :)

I alled SEn and they said to call next hour because they were chocker block. I had so many good lines to wreck those Bomber fans, then an Essendon* fan do it for me, they brought up Allen and Murphy.

Welcome McLaren.

Yes, welcome Dylan McLaren, we needed a backup ruckman badly because if Barnaby gets injured like sometimes he does, we have got nothing.

And the ruckman that we have can't compete game in game out with the best of them

welcome dylan, i think he will be our 1st ruck or at least alternating with bananarby.

as for campo, all the best at Essendon*, as much as i think your a prick, you were our prick for 10 years and it will still be flower weird not seeing you in the navy blue.
As for playing side, im glad to see that your turnovers will not hurt us anymore or our midfield will now not have to carry one additional soft cock

I am not joking (some "inside supporter" info!) The Hird thing, being dragged last year was about maintaining Hird's career...getting some midfield support, boom young recruits...and they will pinch a flag....there's been "Hird" strategy after "Hird" strategy, get some mature guys, get some midfieldewrs, get some young guns, get some midfield support...
This is the thinking (and has been for 3 years) at the Bombers...

I am being SERIOUS ...but I agree with Tyrant..."Double morons"

As for McLaren...if we had gotten McLAren for CAmpo (straight swap) in trade week (with the salary relief that comes with it) , I don't think anyone would think that was a bad deal....so it's a good deal!

would have preferred if Campo had expressed his intentions before the draft so that we could have worked on Essendon* for their pick 23 from the first day.
