I had a cocky hawks supporter give sh!t this morning at work. You know the type, never goes to any matches or shows any interest in footy whatsoever until they play Carlton. He asked me if I was looking forward to a thrashing. Pfft! Run along.

Have you noticed that Hawthorn supporters are hard to spot because they are embarrased by their colours and tend to hide as often as possible?

Never really hated the Hawks - nothing like Ess or Rich.

I just don't want to be 1 & 3...

Surprised you can't let it go and act in a mature manner. Well, actually, I'm not surprised at all, but nevermind. More to the point, my apologies for actually having to do work rather than sitting here vigiliantly waiting to be a "Nazi".

Good on ya fevie. :P

Me and you both.

Got a mate who is a mad Hawks supporter and his eyes no player on that list can put a foot wrong. Rates guys like Ries, Clarke etc etc, says Harry Miller shits all over Eddie Betts and reckons Eddie is an average player.

Also thinks Campbell is a super ruckman and will shit all over us tonight. Hated Guerra last year, but all of a sudden loves him to death because he played under Clarkson before and Clarkson knows how to get the best out of him. He also says that Guerra's a changed man because he's a lot fitter and is playing consistent football at the Hawks as opposed to the Saints and Port.

Needless to say if we ge up tonight, my mate is going to cop the biggest spray of his life from me.

P.S. And he's not even attending the game

That's the way to do it PJ. It's good to silently cop it on the chin beforehand and then give it back to them in spades when we win!

Haven't said a thing to him all week. I've just copped it on the chin and am going to use it as ammunition when we win tonight.

My ex-boss is a Hawks supporter, so I enjoy a rueful chuckle if whenever we get over the Hawks.

Colder weather tends to suit his running, flowing game
