The last two games I saw before Saturday night were Geelong v Hawthorn (in person), and St Kilda v Collingwood (telly).
And then I watched us on Saturday night. We are soooo far off those teams mentally it isn't funny. I don't care about skill, tactics or whatever.
Every one of those four teams had intensity and a willingness to work until they dropped. And then to see what we dished up, knowing the road ahead....

Something is seriously amiss. You can be a work in progress and still turn up to play every week. Hell Melbourne are showing more than us right now in working for each other.
Really disappointing on just about every level.
Well done Kane on a decent debut.
Great summary of my experience.
The team lacks intensity to work let alone to work for each other.
Intensity is between the ears.
What I will say from a positive outlook is that we have competed in every game and shown something at times which gives us some glimmer of the class we expect.
I know the list is good, but all this leadership brainwashing, followed by counselling and bla bla new age overdose, could probably be sorted out with a good ass kicking from the heart from someone....someone the players would listen too because he is intimidating when angry....Bruce Doull? I don't know.
The players need a kick in the pants...Mark Maclure? It should be Ratts.
Regardless who it is, a good scare would bring some intensity.
This @#$%&! GC17 bullshit is probably making some players a bit precious.
Kick 'em up the ARSE...AND i DON'T CARE IF kERNA HAS TO DO IT.
