Well I'd rather the kids (mine included who often leaves here puzzled :lol: ) lost their hero worship and recognised that footballers, posters, and milkmen are all the same.

I think the mysterious points 2 and 3 and the Lappin and Campo discussions.

Synbad is a grown man. He can defend himself if he wants to or ignore it if he wants to. I dont think a "Is synbad a good guy or not " debate is warranted. This is between MCB? and synbad. No point extending it out.

I doubt lappin will be at Carlton next year.
His body language has been of a disaffected player since Rd 2.
The way Mark johnson creamed him that night has made other coaches realise how to neutralise him.
He is kick chasing at the moment.
I hope we can get a 2nd rounder for him

I thought Lappin was pretty good against the Saints. Even if he's down on form this year he's still in our best 5 performers and I hate to think what we'll be like next year if lose a player of his quality.

Saying that, if he wants 3 years he can go. Contracts are what got us into this mess and if he can find anyone willing to give him ridiculous money then good luck to him. He could have walked when Richmond came up with their offer at our darkest hour and he stayed ... and stepped up to another level when everything around him was turning to sh&*. I have a feeling he'll accept the 2 years once all this is played out.
