Similar approach to last year in trade & drafts.
Trades for 21-24 yr olds.

Wont pay too much for trades - would rather take picks to draft.

Several clubs interested in Jeffy.

Great, let's see if we can squeeze 19 out of Essendon*.

Reckon we should be!!

Absolutely should be. He is a pure KP who cannot play along side Tippett and Franklin.
Would be ideal for us.

Just off topic, is it just me or has Shane Rogers found Media Street all of a sudden. Why is he giving up so much information in the media right now? Why would you bother?

I think he would be a better option than Liam Jones .....
But probably a fair bit more expensive.

Probably not worth it in my opinion

Get Jaksch and Membrey, Jones if he's cheap enough. Take best mid with pick 6, and I'll be happy

I tend to agree with this as well but if Reid is on the market then we should be up to our knees in it. He is a very good KP forward.

Yeah, that's the difference for mine. I do rate Reid but he will cost us a lot I'd assume.
We should be able to get Membrey and Jaksch for an absolute steal.
Both haven't played or proven much. Both out of contract and want to come home.
But if Reid wants out as well, it only increases our chances of landing a decent key forward in the trade period.

If my math is correct we've lost 7 primary listed players with Lucas, Robbo and McLean to go. Maybe Ellard also.

We've added KJ and Whiley, with Jones and Tutt committed to.

Rogers has stated 4 picks in the ND plus 1 PSD.

So ... That leaves 1 or 2 senior spots?

Who are we promoting or do we have another trade to come?

Kidding.

Membrey is a good get.

Pressure for forward spots. I love it and we could get him.

I wonder if he's going to nominate in the draft or PSD.

My guess is that we'll offer a contract to Lucas, but if he walks to the PSD, then we'll give Brock another year.

Six: Duigan, Garlett, Temay, McInnes, Waite, Bootsma. Scotland was on the rookie list.

So if we do want to bring 5 in through the draft, and we pick up all of the above in trades, you're actually looking at 9 total delistings.

So Robbo, Lucas, McLean then ?

Enjoyed the reference to Ratten's list. Horrible.

Currently 35 primary list players.

If Robbo Brock and Lucas go that leaves us with 32.

I'll tip Lucas will survive... leaving us 4 draft picks and TUTT in the psd.

Would prefer it to be Robbo & Ellard for both list structure and quality.
