Congratulations tankers, I hope each of you enjoy singing your lungs out at the end of the game.

Now promise never to cheer, praise or clap Marc Murphy. Make a choice : win this meaningless game, or see Murphy play 200 blistering games for Carlton....... Short-termism is not the solution at Carlton.

Why? I support the players we have, unless I have a serious reason not to (at the time he was playing, I even stuck up for O'Reilly. Call me crazy, but I thought he was one of us ). If we draft Marc Murphy (who, by the way, I have never seen even a picture of), I will support him as I do the rest. But I will NEVER barrack against my team, no matter what.

If you (that's the collective form of 'you', not just you in paticular, CJF) think that makes me less of a supporter than you, I can handle it. If that's how you think, I honestly don't give a shit about your opinion... and I expect the same in return.

Should I ask?

What's the score?

I like that. He did that with Gehrig and had a great game the next week.

Morrell misses

On the flip side, are you going to hope we lose every single game, for the next 5 years, when our entire team will be full of number one draft picks? Of course not. Don't be so stupid.
