Wiggins played well today & tries his guts out, he has improved & will be a better player if he can get some support. Nick Stevens is a waste of money, IMO if we can get a decent draft pick for him Bye Bye Nick!

I think Nick has some injury problems and is playing the wrong role as a in and under with us and being knocked around..he looks like he is very sore when running....Wayne Carey or Scott Cummings made the point he needs some Nathan Buckley like care to see him through and some better players around him to ease the pressure... I think we have to cut him some slack, rest him and get him some quality support, and then judge him..

He is having problems with his groins and thats why last year he came back from the break unfit and over weight as he was ordered to rest

Maybe we should give him the rest of the year off, maybe surgery. Remember Rocca last year - why not start preparing for '07.

could be a possibilty after the mis deason break

Does that depend on the lunar cycle or something? :P

If he is carrying an injury well fair enough, the season is well and truely down the shitter give him the rest of the year off.

If he isn't carrying an injury give him a red & white Jumper & see if that puts some fire in his belly.

While I agree he is not an in & under grunt type player that does not excuse half assed efforts at layng tackles or trying to run down opponents & his ball skills were bloody ordinary today & he hasn't been anything to write home about since he came to the club

Wiggins has been in our best for the last month.Marks better than most of them and is at least prepared to run and take a chance.

He will NOT be gone at year end!

He is probably only one of a few who are prepared to put thier bodies on the line

I'd swap Prenda for Livingston. While Prenda has butchered the ball a bit over the last 2 weeks, he's contributed and competed well enough to stay in the team (and still be a chance to stay on the list).

Wiggins will be at Carlton in 2007.

The definite outs for me are Davies, Sporn, Chambers, Longmuir and Teague. Prenda and Livo still have a chance although it is running out. De Luca should be gone, but it will depend on his contract. Bryan is a question mark. You would think he would get his chance soon.

Our problem is that it is these mid-range players that are not stepping up. They have been in the system long enough.

I also think one of our major problems over the last 5 years is that we do not have an A-grade ruckman. We never dominate the ruck. We are lucky if we break even. That means that it is very hard to get first use of the ball.

That is what I want in 2007. Baby blues... well maybe, but it might be in 2008.
