Every club has good youngsters . There are posters on this site who think we are the only club bringing young players through and yet last year we only had 4 players make their debut - Betts - been good - Bryan - dissappeared - Russel 5 minutes last year is starting to get more of a go- Ohalphin - think we will be waiting a while.
We have got one gun and one gun only at the moment in Murphy the rest including Waite and Fisher are patchy.
Nature of kids to be patchy. The fact the Bullants are dominant with these kids demonstrates their potential. They react well to Barry Mitchell, as does the rest of the team. Simmo and Walker are just starting to get over the "patchy" part of their career and are beginning to blossom as they get bigger and mature. Murphy speaks for himself. Fisher's one of the best overhead grabs for his size in footy but has had back luck with injuries. In any sport success comes with consistent training, and in this case, playing. Fisher hasn't had that. Once he does he'll be areal gun. Waite's probably fits your description better. Although I think he'll have a great career at Carlton it may actually be in Kouta's position rather than CHF. Kennedy will eventually fill that well.
