From a list point of view worst case scenario at the moment seems to be Yarran & Henderson out for picks. Hopefully we can get 2 first rounders.

Kruezer now looks likely to stay
Bell may want to go home
Menzel will depend upon a good offer. Not sure anyone will do it.
Yarran is a 2nd rounder and if we get a first rounder will be a bonus!
4 picks inside Top 25 is still a good result.

If we trade away Menzel and Yarran, and delist Watson,
That means we will have lost all our 1st round picks from between 2008 and 2012.
If kreuzer leaves as well, then that's 2007 to 2012.... 6 years of 1st round draft picks out the door ...

We truly are the new Richmond.

Bloody oath he should be staying - you can break the fabric of a club Richmond all those years ago did this with Brian Roberts (the whale) club never was the same for umpteen years

Club should never get rid of talismanic figures - Kreuz in my view is one of them - SOS back ONLY RECENTLY because of rupture in relations because of that bloody idiot Elliot

Spot on, Frank

I'm happy that Kreuz is staying. You got to keep players that bleed for the club especially when they dominate games like Kreuz did on the weekend.

Has there been a definitive study on lark singing and its interpretation?
Im sure Proffessor Sparrow indicated
That larks only sing when suffering from bi polar disease.
Thoughts?

Agree, he has had injury problems all year.

Has he Mikkey? People keep writing it as fact but I can't find anyone to confirm it. I've been told he has had some knocks and a few sore spots during the year but otherwise fine. Had a full pre season as well.

What I hear is that he has a low pain threshold and constantly complains about the general niggles that come with being an AFL player.

Club may be looking to trade as he has talent and will have currency at the moment, by perhaps not the mental fortitude to be the star he could otherwise be.

I'm happy to give him another year, if for no other reason than not believing in selling low.

Low pain threshold, or someone who has had his knee blow out a couple of times by the age of 16 being understandably wary of his body?

I reckon Bolton will be earmarking 3-4 players to get inside their head and fix their attitude and Menzel will be no. 2, Yarran no.1. Can't wait to see it all unfold

Another year like this one and he would be worth nothing.

The way supporters are quick to write off young players is ridiculous.

That's what I'm told and why I asked the question. People are saying he has struggled with injury this year but I'm told he is fine apart from some bumps and bruises.

I have deliberately watched him closely live this year in the hope I can see what others do in him but the more I watch the more I'm convinced he is not up to it. It has nothing to do with skill but athletically. It is not that he is average it is they he is a long way behind everyone else. He gets run past by players very easily, struggles to chase and his agility is extremely poor which is a worry for someone who plays the role he does. Also, his endurance is extremely low. He blows up easily. For someone in there third year it should be a lot better, injured or not. There is no way he can become a midfielder.

The other question is if he is injured why would he be playing, especially in the reserves? Surely a young player would not be risked.

Give him the ball and he looks good. Some of his skills I saw in the reserves where top class but he needs to be fed the ball. He can't win it. Go and watch his junior footy and even when he had a solid year for us he is mostly on the end of turnovers or fed the ball from teammates. Very rarely does he create something out of nothing or win his own ball like a Wingard or Rioli.

Believe me, I don't want to see him fail but I just can't see how he will make it.
