On the basis of what evidence exactly?

Has a better win loss record than Clarkson first 40 games.

He helped avoid the spoon in 2019 and ended up finishing 16th.

Better player relationships than past decade. Easy to lose dressing room when you are losing.

Prefers if players deserve games and players not disgruntled knowing that.

Plenty of positives

He has plenty of negatives as well as game plan a little bit too aggressive.. but overall I think Teague is by far the best young senior coach in the game.

He's not the coach.
He's the same figurehead they had last year.

Yze is the mastermind

Williams ex afl Premiership coach is the motivator
Alan Richardson ex AFL coach the manager

Teague >>> Goodwin (fingers crossed)

Therein lies our difficulty. We don't have any of those three.

The only thing I don't like he gives away much of our game plan in press conferences - prefer if he always has tricks up his sleeve and keeps opposition guessing.

I am not a fan when opposition always know how we are going to play. I guess thats his next evolution.

You view Teague as the best young coach in the game.......

Wait what?

You said he's the best young coach in the game. No caveats.

Right now, I respectfully disagree on the grounds of you being wrong.

When did Carlton last win as the underdog?

My view on Teague?

He's out of his depth and not a senior coach. He was cheap and the players felt 'comfortable' with him.

Well we got 28 points last year and I reckon we will beat the eagles which will sit us at 20 points mid way half through the season.

Anyway we beat Geelong at Geelong, Bulldogs and Sydney last year.

West Coast is top eight what would you say if we beat them today?

Any wins as underdog this year?

Fremantle last year and it took a goal after the siren.

Carlton today were $1.55 favourites at the jump.

Alright. Let's compromise. He's the youngest coach in the game

I'm all about common ground.
