Things aren't looking that flash at the moment, maybe they'll pick up.

Then again, maybe they won't.

..synners, this is why I am so reluctant to trade krooz, and why I hate it when we don't play him as first ruck.. ..we have very few players that live 'finals footy' every match without fail.. ....the balance is wrong, we have too many passengers, too many that just don't push themselves every match, too many selfish players.. ..trading out the few finals footy types we have just makes it worse.. ..if we trade krooz, and then Judd soon after retires.... ..who is going to run themselves into the frond for the team?, who in the engine too will play with hunger and drive..?.. ..looking to next season, who will our match winners be..?..

i agree with u... ive had this discussion with everybody
but they wont see it like that....
usually mistakes lead to knee jerk reactions...
im sure if they can... they will ship kreuzer off this year... it will depend on what someone is willing to give in return

..what will they need to do to get him to agree..?.. ..I can see it may improve playing list if the trade goes in our favour, but I fear it will further erode playing culture..

Krooz should have been traded 2 years ago.

Kooz is a special footballer no doubt, plays with good intensity and passion for guy his size and loves the club. Not easy to replace.
He's been unlucky with the amount of injuries and I hope it will resolve itself soon.
His best footy is ahead of him and he should attract quite a good interest.
I'd only contemplate a trade in exchange for that elusive big and mobile power forward that will kick goals. We need a focal point so badly in front of goals that Mick may just be tempted.
Ciao

Mick had him on the table last year...... our 12 man board rejected the deal

..I agree, push them hard enough and even those that kill themselves for the club will leave, but it doesn't do anything for the culture.. ..especially those that don't get traded, and don't give their all for the club.. ..those sorts just get more set in their ways, and make those around them do the same.. ..in regards to krooz, if his foot comes good he will still be a very good player, but not for us if we won't play him as first ruck.. ..with this season on the sidelines, we won't get a top trade for him.. ..if he does agree to a trade, good luck to him and that club may get a bargain.. ..hopefully he wins a flag with them, fat chance he will see any success with our club..

Does he even know Cam Wood is a rookie and there for insurance?

Sounds pretty definitive to me.

Or maybe it doesn't.

I think we as a collective should never give John Ralph any acknowledgement on this site. He has less credibility than bigfooty

Three already gone, so this gets a bit easier...

On the fringe:
Carrazzo
Casboult
Ellard
Graham
Robinson
Waite
Garlett
Bell

On the block:
Watson
McInnes
Temay
Lucas

1st year Rookies (only 2 can be retained on rookie list):
Wood
Reynolds
Johnson

2nd year Rookies (only 1 can be retained on rookie list):
Cachia

My view:

Delist: Cachia (r), Wood (r), Watson
Shop: Ellard, Robinson, Graham, Garlett, McInnes, Casboult
Riot Act: Lucas, Temay, Bell
Assess for retirement: Waite, Carrazzo
