Apparently Livo was doing his job - all we ask for him.

Bower took a screamer and wasn't mentioned much but I assume he was working well with the rest of the defense.

Chambers and Bentick were both described as workman like with the latter apparently combining with Stevens to be clearance machines.

Apparently they played AW deeper in defense but in a Carrots style role, streaming out with the ball and delivering well.

MM must have been on the HFF because he was delivering the ball a lot to our forwards and linking with other midfielders. He was said to have had a good first half.

By the way guys, I'm getting all this info from this thread.

Did Russell play? Can't recall hearing his name mentioned.

According to my mate in the Alice; Jimmy:

No bones were pointed at:

Stevens, Lappin, Bentick, Simpson, Carazzo, Walker, Houlihan, Waite, McLaren, Fisher, Waite and the only bone to point at Murphy's thigh was 'Knee' from WCE.

All others were subjected to the reverse bone (the rounded end with cartlidge hanging on it) , which means that the curse is OFF!!!

It happened for Bower, just moments before Bower took a screamer because the commentators thought he was Norman, and Livingston after the first quarter because the commentators thought he was Angwin.

It may be already here, but there are 26 pages to sift through, went trough most of them as the game was happening. Thank God for a win. How did the big lad go?
