Livo is gone - I've been told the club is seeking to trade for a 3rd round pick - I reckon we'd be lucky to get a 4th rounder!!!!

We'd be lucky to get pick 100.

Whats a 4th rounder - somewhere in the 50's? That's better than nothing and after everyone's patience with each other we owe it to him to find a home, if possible. Pick 50 could still be useful espeically if we take a F/S...

Clubs don't bother to trade for players likely to be delisted who can be picked up for nothing. If we wanted to trade him we should have given him more games and at least made him seem attractive to other clubs.

We all understand that BW but my point was if there was a place he'd like to go that is interested - last year the rumour was Geelong were showing some interest - we should see if that's possible.

If clubs are interested in him they'll wait till he's delisted and pick him up in the draft for nothing.

Nah number 2 worst might be Andrew Brockhurst.

Have a look through the history of the draft. There are maybe 4-5 better number 4 picks than Livo. Even recently we've had Polak, who to date would be about level with Livo and Tim Walsh from the Bulldogs. Ryan Fitzgerald was another. Would Mark Bolton be much better than Livo? Andrew McGovern?

Great article. After 2 season Russell and Tambling are busts.

A bit rough there, I think. Some of the older ones are right on the money, but killing off Tambling and Russell after 2 seasons is a bit rich.

Looks like it,but the club didn't do him a favour, why did they play him at Full Back in the Bullants,if they signed him for a year, why not try him out at CHF for the complete year in the VFL and especially last year,he played as a forward before coming to Carlton. Her had no confidence at Full Back after injury.

If you have a problem with me, take it up in PM or at least in the thread where it started. Don't go dragging it into other threads across the board.
