Not really sure what you're getting at Synbad but I don't see how you can possibly compare the transfer systems in soccer and footy?

I've said all along that we lack talent. All I'm saying is that there are other reasons and in my opinion more intangible but even more important reasons why we're struggling than a pure and simple lack of talent.

If it was a lack of talent then by definition adding more talent would make us better. I don't think 2 or 3 draft picks will do the trick. The mindset and attitudes need to change. We are not desperate, determined, fierce etc. We don't play with any intensity..you get the idea and we're just rehashing the same old stuff for the 100th time....

So there...I've clearly acknowledged that we lack talent Synbad and we do need players...it seems we're going to get those players this year and who knows maybe next year and the year after that. Personally I don't think two 18 year olds are going to change the current poor mindset and seemingly defeatist attitude, you do...

I don't think we're a good side lacking confidence but an average one lacking confidence which is making us look worse than we really are..when an average side lacks confidence it looks even more average...when an average side has its confidence up (Wizard Cup etc) then things can happen..
