Based on everything that has rained on us in the past 4 years, i wouldnt be suprised if we did lose the club, everytime, you think it cant get any worse, it does.

SO I am shock proof now, $1m tax fine, ho-hum, Campo et al out of contract and going? Ho-hum!

Kosi coming over?....................drooly thingy.........

Good news still gets me excited, bad news is water off a ducks back.

However, your post is merely a sad reflection of the misguided belief of some few, that Carlton's current plight is not a direct result of its own incompetence, mismanagement, blatant cheating and fraudulent behaviour throughout the 1990s under the direct administration of one John Elliot.

Go and Lentil yourself in an especially small envelope. By the way that is an insult.

I think the response from Members over the last 3 seasons has shown why the Club is strong, despite current on and off-field problems.

jesus we are becoming chicken shits! The club's memebership has grown! Its site is the most viewed. It is strong and vibrant - just happens to have a fairly crappy team running around at the moment.

Those that are worried the club may go under have been paying too much heed to the gleeful opposition supporters who like kicking us while we're down.

The hatred coming from St Kilda supporters towards Carlton is very impressive. You can feel the anger when you read the messages they post on Saintsational. I reckon they are almost rivalling Collingwood supporters as Carlton enemy number 1. I think they are trying to establish some sort of rivalry with any club that will accept it. The closest they have is with Brisbane but they have bugger all chance of creating the rivalry we have with Collingwood, Essendon* or Richmond, that takes decades and success which they do not have.

I can't say I am loving the crap I am putting up with from opposition supporters. However, we have been arrogant for a long time (deservedly so I might add) and having been dishing it out so now it's out turn to cop it. Fair enough. One thing though... When we are back, and we will be, for every kick while we are down, for every shitty comment any opposition supporters who have given me any crap will get it back three-fold. And I can wait because it's going to be sweet. So keep it coming you bastards.

St Kilda have always been a nothing team to me, I never took much notice of them. Since we've been down though, their supporters have gone a wee bit over the top sinking the boots in. They're still a team that fails to draw any real emotion from me, but some of their supporters have turned me off them.
Essendon* and Collingwood are teams that I love to beat, feral supporters or no feral supporters. There's a genuine rivalry there which is eveident in the way that even when we're down we often pull out a special effort against these sides and vice versa.
Currently we're being flogged by St Kilda, and when they're down and we're up we'll be flogging them. There's no feel that the team lifts to play them, because quite frankly there's no rivalry other than what their supporters have generated in their heads.

Who was Kilda anyway, and what 2 miracles did he/she perform?

Discuss.
