I will admit I have met Shane a few times and really like him. I don't like to the extent Kouta loves Ang or Hamill loves himself

But you are spot on, there will be people out there who are far more qualified to take on the CEO role than Shane. It is only a matter of getting them to the club.

Shane being the CEO of Carlton probably will never happen anyway.
