If we fail to land a big name player on a big contract, and re-sign Campo for let's say 150k and Lance for significantly less etc then what happens if we're not 92.5% of the cap? Would have to be a possibility wouldn't it?
i think this is the way it works:
a) if you receive AFL assistance (equalisation fund?) then the afl will prob insist you cut general club admin costs and pay 92.5% of the cap.
b) if you don't receive afl assistance, then you must pay 95% under the CBA rules.
