Thats a stretch Synbad. Who's to say there arent more spoons ahead even if they buckle in to the "leaders"

The fact would remain that the preception of the board TODAY is if we keep them we will be in a better position to not win another spoon in the near future than if we lost them.....

Not saying we will or we wont but there is a point to whatever were going to choose tonight.

I knew what you wre getting at. If the board doesnt recognise that "steady as she goes' will more likely land us more spoons then finals we are in big trouble

Be sure to listen into SENS "Backpage" segment at 11 tonight.
No doubt whatever happens in this meeting tonight, it'll make front page news on the sport section of the Age tomorrow.

I reckon one or two members of the coaching panel might be a tad nervous tonight

Probably.
But they'd still give us run I reckon given the amount of press Lance, Campo and Lappin have had over the past 2-3 weeks.

It's going to be a long meeting so I'm off to bed and looking forward too an outcome and a direction of my football club when i wake up.

Get the job done Collo or you will lose all the respect you earnt in challenging John Elliot.

I caught the last 10 seconds of the Backpage segment on SEN and they were saying something about someone leaving a club who has talent and will be sought after by a few clubs.

Can only assume they were talking about Lance and that Collo has stood firm on his offer.

But weren't you saying yesterday that this meeting was the most important in the history of the club!?!

BM, please stop poking Synbad with a stick.

If they haven't officially made any decisions yet, that means the "backflip" might not occur. I'd much rather hang on a bit longer till trade week.
