Pagan weighed in to the bump controversy, saying that he had congratulated Ryan Houlihan for his well-delivered bump on West Coast's Matthew Rosa, which left the Eagle concussed and the Blue reported. Houlihan was cleared on Wednesday in a deliberation which took just minutes, leaving Pagan to muse that the interpretation of what players could legally do was "a little bit blurred".
