According to Simmo in his interview with Mike and Dan, Bower and Raso are in Ireland with Aisake, which is great news. Means they are mates and the go home factor is diminished. And Bower hasn't spent the entire off season at home which means he is getting used to being away.

If memory serves me correctly [and occassionally it doesn't, but bare with me], wasn't Thornton very chummy with Setanta when he came to Australia?

I remember Carlos saying what a top bloke T-Bird was :?
Which isn't to say that he isn't a top bloke, only that he doesn't want to play for us anymore :(

I've got an old paper clip that's twisted out of shape - that oughta cover it.

Pretty sure we'll be sponsoring Bower next season, but if not wouldn't mind jumping on board and sponsoring the Gibbs boy from the start :-D

I had thought that too Brad, however, given the track record (if Bower did go) that the forum sponsorship has had perhaps we should try and get hold of someone with a lower profile that is more expendable. :P

I thought that too. He might be gone by the time the 2007 sponsorships are on offer though.
