Rumour on Triple M yesterday he's homesick too. Danny Frawley put his name on the line and said his source is good.

A very RELIABLE source tells me he wants to come

Has another year and the captaincy makes it tough for him to leave...

I wouldnt be holding my breath....

There's no point in even really discussing this as an option. Judd would never walk into the PSD.

If he really wanted to come back to Vic, a club would have to be prepared to trade half a team for him - we don't have half a team to trade.

And didn't another Triple Emmer (BT?) claim his source was good about Pratt bailing out the club?

They brought that up and he still sticks by it. Says we may here more later in the year. There are loud murmurings of another ticket in the early stages of being formed.

If he doesn't play we might lose by 80 points instead of 100.

Yes, there will be more heard later. Stay tuned, BT and his sources are on the money!!! My sources have confirmed.

The Eagles' eighth win of 2006 was soured by the news captain Judd was likely to miss at least two matches - the first time injury has interrupted his stellar 101-game career.

That would be rounds 10 & 11- we play them in round 11 (but we'll need a few of his team mates to join him I'd say).

This will be the first time he's ever missed a game with injury. I think it's going to be all downhill from now on.

Goodwind and J.Brown are next favorites.

Eagles may rest he for 3 weeks and then the bye so he may have 4 weeks off.

Wonder if this hammi will slow Judd down now... I hope it doesn't, I love watching Judd play....

re: Pratt / benefactor cash - I think everyone will keep it quiet until the AFL's offer is clear and in writing, plus with detailed conditions, and then we can announce it. There seems to be a lot of confidence in those that know the Club that something is happening in that regard.

re: Judd - he's too classy to go via the PSD route. The Eagles will want 2 Top 20 selections plus a top 3 in this years super draft for him, and the bid will be on. Actually they'll probably want 2 Top 10 selections, he's that good.

I hope when we do play them in 2 weeks that they have a bye and not show up....
