If you want flexibility do it yourself, if not go the tour.

depends what your after i guess. i always organise it myself.

figure out your dates moths ahead, use your cartlton/clublife style membership to get a cheep place to stay (or stay with mates/family).

jump on virginblue's happy hours (12-1pm daily) and book some cheep flights, or use jetstar/qantas if available.

also before you book anything firgure out if you want to meet other people from here, i know there will be pretty big TC contingents at both the Lions round 13 game and the Swans game in round 22.

thats often a good way to organise tickets if you wish to sit with TC supporters.

as for the tours, i've never been on one and i'm assuming your possibly going to lose a bit of dough to pay the 'middle man'. most of my trips are from interstate to melb not the other way round, so not really sure on the tours.

also something to keep in mind is local supporter clubs that may exsist in the region and pre/post game functions put on by the club that may be of interest.
