Jamie I have a woman by the name of Lauraine on the line here, frightfully tempered woman, rabbiting on about needing her permission... do you want me to put her through?

I can't believe the MC Hammer Park redevelopment article got precedence. Must have been Lauraine's doing.

Ahh thanks. Hmm, off the top of my head, what happened to the entries for Peter Motley (Sturt), David Kernahan (Glenelg) and Mark Naley (Souths and a 1987 Premiership player to boot). I'm guessing Ben Nelson and the like were drafted so they didn't make the cut for the article.

(Psst, where's the Port Adelaide version?) :p

In the first sentence.

West Coast may not have been around for very long, yet they have still provided one premiership player, Matt Clape for the Blues.

Plenty more worthy croweaters/blues as well cb, but it had to be an article, not a book.

I gave Port Adelaide a miss, there is Bradley then daylight then Stevens and thats about all.

I remember Tony Evans kicking a nice goal for Carlton at PP (in 96?)... couldn't find his name as a goalkicker in the mornings paper though.

there may be lots of sad stories but didn't Damien Hampson end up playing a few with the Eagles?

A prolific ball-winner at WAFL level, Hampson won Subiaco’s fairest and best award in only his second season. After that outstanding year he was drafted to Carlton with the seventh selection in the 1990 draft (Carlton’s second choice), but never played a senior game with the Blues.

After failing to earn an opportunity he was claimed by West Coast in the June draft of 1992. He went on to play six games and kick one goal for the Eagles.

At Subiaco, he won the fairest and best award in 1990 and 1997 and was captain of Subiaco in 1998 and 1999. He was also given the honour of best clubman at Subiaco in 1990 and played in the club’s losing grand final in 1995 against West Perth.

Playing record: Carlton (0 games, 0 goals); West Coast (6 games, 1 goal); Subiaco (170 games, 27 goals).

Should we add his profile to the Bluseum even though he didn't play a senior game??? I'm pretty sure he wore number 8 in the reserves.

The prevailing idea of the Blueseum is to only do bios for those that play for the seniors, although Hampson is listed in at least one of the articles.

Perhaps in time he'll get a bio?

I thought he should have been mentioned. :?

And I might have to create another profile with my name on Blueseum.
