How is this improvement guaged Jarusa?

Obviously you must have statistics on decision making, disposal effectiveness, impact on games and contributions to team success etc?

(You wouldnt be desperate enough to base it on basic statistical data like kicks, tackles etc would you? That would be the most desperate attempt at straw clutching yet)
