Quote: Harts and Josh Kennedy got in some burnouts and donuts. I think Harts needs some new wheels now, he's burnt all the rubber off his old ones. I had the smallest car there, so I was very conservative

Interesting, nothing about the games except for the psot match stuff post the Pies game. So the game scores in the article seem odd. Notice the Carlton score vs the Saints in the article, talking about typos.... |

Make this kid captain! Seriously he shows more maturity, poise and wisdom than people double his age. He is definitely the future of this club. I think make him captain now, and let all the others in the side protect their captian. What a great read (typos excluded). Not much point talking about the matches, much more interesting to hear about the off-field obligations of players. Interesting to see his frank assessment of his fellow draftees. |

i agree i was talking before in the other thread how there are onl 2 other candidates to be captain stevo and red. stevo doesn put his body on the line the way a captain should though he does show great work ethic and lance his just not physically good enough though he does do the team things we made sticks captain in his 2nd year and though ive been told he had 5 years of senior footy behind him already i do think marc murphy's the right guy for the job |

He'll be captian for sue down the track but lets not rush into it just yet. When he's 21 might be the right time. The youngest captian at CFC and heres hoping he takes sticks record with him too. |

Feel like taking a breath there, mate? ![]() For mine, that was a great read. He seems to be marking himself hard in his debut season. 'Only' 11 touches against Hawthorn, four games into his career playing as a half-forward seemed to rankle him a bit. As does the self-assessment of his fitness - dropping off and getting tired in the final quarter. This kid seems pretty switched on - I'm estatic that he's at the Carlton Football Club. |

so do you think he should be captain next year or should we let lance/stevo have joint captaincy for a couple of years before we give it o murph |
