The Bullants newsletter mentions perhaps a surprise selection this weekend and also that the Bullants reserves are playing the Vic Country U18 team this weekend. See recruitment page for more details.

It strikes me that part of the management of the kids this year is to give them the chance to paly finals footy with the Ants. If that is the case (and let's face it that's what you play footy for), given the 10/12 rule

(which says, "any aligned or partially
aligned club must select a minimum
of 10 VFL listed players when drawn
to play a VFL stand alone club
(Frankston and Port Melbourne)
during the home and away season
and final series.
This does not apply to Geelong.
When an aligned team plays
another aligned or partially aligned
club, an open selection criteria for
AFL listed/VFL listed players exists.)

how should we manage that?

Is there a minimum number of games to be played to be able to play in the finals, or is it open slather?

Who has played how many?
