Is today really a Monday?

How am I supposed to tell without the yin / yang , pain / joy, love / hate, kick in the guts / kicking someone in the guts, bagging someone / being bagged by someone, getting aggro / pulling my head in, picking fights / picking silences, picking arguments / picking arguments :o .... of the post-game wash-up?

There's no one to call to talk footy.

There's no one to have a go at, or to avoid, or to stand up and be counted.

There's nothing but the feeling that I've missed something over the weekend.

That is, of course, assuming it meets the definition of a weekend if there isn't a footy game where the Blues ran out.

This sucks!

Give me something to fire up over!

i care it gives us some consolation to know that our rivals are struggling with us great to see richmond's post-june kick in and lovely to see Essendon* stuck at the bottom we've been copping shyt from them for the last 6 years time we gave some back to 'em

Probably not when you think about it.

Consolation isn't enough though tb24....its very low on the scale of footy emotion for me.

I either want pain or joy - heartbreak or enthusiasm.

This having a week off caper just means two work weeks slide into one. I hate it.

Ya gotta laugh. If t_b24 opened his front door and she was there dressed like that he would blow his bolt all over the front yard.
