Yes.

What a fascinatingly glowing endorsement.
I can see how this myth has now been debunked.

What is the myth? That McKernan left North because he didn't like Pagan?

I thought McKernan left North because towards the end of his career he couldn't get the best out of himseld under Pagan's coaching methods.

McKernan's a head case - who cares what he says, espeically when it's nonsense and contradictory...

A head case alright. To think we saved his career and actually extended it for 4 years. Well known fact that it was curtains for Corey at the end of 2001.

If his career was over why were the Kangaroos able to get Mark Porter and a 2nd Round draft pick out of us for him?

Bulldogs were also interested at the time, and maybe Geelong as well.

Because we were the biggest bunch of suckers to ever walk the earth as part of the AFL.

Mansfield, O'Reilly, McGaune et al were all further examples.

What myth? Corey came to Carlton, career seemingly done as he couldn't perform under Pagan (not on his own there, we have a whole team of them), carries BOTH our whole ruck and forward line on his own, kicking 40 goals and wins our B & F. Has a great year once his confidence comes back after round 7. Pagan comes to Carlton, Corey turns to sh1t again and leaves because he couldn't work under Pagan. Must have been Corey's worst nightmare when Pagan returned in 2003. Career was pretty well done after that. At his age he wasn't getting his confidence back a second time.

Can we get a few Kangaroos across, they seem to win our B & F in their first year McKernan, Teague, who won it in a pretty good year). We can sack them after that!!!
