I'm guessing Livo will trail Fev into any event by 5 metres.

It's what he does with every other full forward in the league.

Some piss poor responses here ...pathetic really

Good on them both for starting up something that they'll both no doubt enjoy doing. They'll bring a lot of smiles to a lot of little faces.

I think the responses are valid, what percentage of calls to the service would be saying ' we just want Brendon', 'okay we'll pay for both if we have to, but does Luke have to turn up'?

Give him number 59 and I might be more forgiving

you know what's pathetic the fact we wasted a no.4 draft pick on this guy when we could have picked up players such as kayne pettifer, shaun burgoyne, kane cornes, daniel kerr, mark coughlan and adam mcphee we have every right to bag him maybe if he was a no.70 draft pick we wouldnt have minded much

Mate it's not his fault we drafted him...He does his best...WE used that pick on him...OK, so he hasn't turned into the player we wanted but there's no need to bag him...That's just weak

yeah your right its not his fault he was a number 4 pick coz no player's gonna say oh dont draft me im not good enough for number 4 and maybe i am being a bit harsh on him but i believe he put us 1 year back and we have to finish at the bottom for 1 extra year coz of a poor recruiting decision maybe i should be blaming shane o'sullivan instead

Who can tell what impact his back injury has had on his performance?

Who can tell how good a forward he may have been (his drafting position) if we hadn't have tried to make a key defender out of him?

Who can tell how good a defender he may have been if he wasnt left on his own 2003 onwards?

Look, the thread is about a little business venture of 2 Carlton players and then some kids on here start to take pot shots at one of the players involved. it's pretty crap really. Yes, he has become a limited defender but he's still in the team and still probably our best in that position for certain opponents.

Once a #4 pick comes through the door, he's just another player. Sure we have higher expectations but sitting here in this thread writing him off is just childish.

Drafting is so easy in hindsight isn't it?

What irritates me is the way that abuse is thrown at guys like Livo. These kids were 17/18 years of age .They (as in Livo's case)did not ask to be rated nor selected at number four, that was for others to determine.

As i understand it, our man has always given all he could, and conducted himself in exemplatory manner. What more can we expect?

Should he vilified because he failed to live up to some expectation placed on him as an 18 year old?

As a 14 Year old would our critic expect to be judged in the future on this basis?

no which is why later on i said i should have been bagging shane o'sullivan instead of luke livingston

a hack, is a hack, is a hack.
I don't bag him because he was picked so high, I bag him because he is rubbish and won't make it. I don't have to love every player that runs out for us do I?

Go bag him in TalkingPlayers if you must bag him!! This thread is about 2 Carlton people starting a little business & making kids happy at the same time. A POSITIVE THREAD!!

Go across the road and soak your head in the bay & get a clue kingpeanut!!!
