Ok,...........................

So our injury list just keeps on getting worse and worse.

No Fisher, No Waite, No Kouta & now No Murphy & quite possibly No Lappin!

That's a major hit to our list. And with Geelong coming off a thumping, they are gonna be hungry for goals.

It is quite possible that we might see what we all hate here at TC.......a loss of over 100+ points!

My question is this - who the hell are we gonna bring in to stop that from happening???????

For me: -

<Jackson.>
Promote him. I might be looking at this through rose coloured glasses becuase i'm such a massive fan of this kid but if for nothing else it provides an unpredictable and untried option that Geelong wont know how to address.

<Prendagast>
God it pains me to say this. Because, well i hate him. But he's just gonna have to step up!

Ohhhh man! This is gonna be a MASSIVE Game, make no mistake. Geelong are pissed and they are looking at us to ease the pain and ease some of the preasue building up on Bomber Thompson.

I see Kent Kingsley coming into the side and miraculously gaining form and kicking his usual 6 goals against us - with about 3 coming from the softest free kicks against a luckless Luke Livingston.

100 + flogging wont happen this week

Its four honourable losses in a row then the 100 point flogging

So this week a hard fought out scrappy game with lots of turnovers and flooding along with 15+ possession to get it to the wing followed by a long kick into Fevola who is in a 3 on 1 followed by a turnover and shortly after that a centre bounce . We will be in the game up until the final 15 minutes then fall away. Pagan will come out after the game and say the leaders let us down and they have forgotten how to win and something bizarre like we really miss Kouta and his leadership

The following week we just stand there with our jaw on the floor watching the Zip Zip boys from Footscray as they a mass a record score . Pagan will come out and say this what happens when you have a young side and we had taken the small steps in the last 4 weeks and now we just have to forget it and move on and all that hard work had gone to waste .

Then when after its all over we all head to the PC log on to TC and bag the crap out of DP .

Sounds like fun :)

SB, are you saying you don't think Pagan's coaching us very well?

News to me, why haven't you expressed with opinion before?

Not at all TBB

The Fullback kicks to the back pocket he looks up then kicks back to the fullback - who then kicks it to the other back pocket who looks ahead and then kicks it to the centre half back who goes back to the full back who then kicks to the back pocket who then switches play to the opposite half back who in turn kicks back to the full back who sees a player loose on the half back - the half back goes for a run looks up then turns back and kicks it to the wing the wing charges forward kicks ............ turnover ...ball flys to opposition forward then its either a centre bounce or repeat above .

I'm happy are you . You would have to be happy look at all those possessions their racking up - dont practice skills much at training might as well do it during the game .

Campo would have loved this stuff he would be getting a 1000 possys a game .

Our last few games have been described as the worst footballing spectacle that most experts have seen with more skill errors and clangers than anyone can imagine . But I'm happy we are moving forward we are developing in a few year time we will be challegeing for a spot in the eight .

Did you watch the last couple of games TBB - did you see how close we come to winning - did you see the skills on display as a Carlton supporter you would have to be happy

Let's finish Bomber's long and patheitic coaching career  . They have everything to loose from this game, we've got nothing.

Fev to kick 8 :-D
Archie 4
1s and 2s to AB, Simmo, JK, Stevo, Russell, Blackwell, McLaren
AW to run AND hit a target
Carrazzo to hold yablett to 1
Livo in for Murph to hold Kingsley to 2
Otten's to be Geelongs best :o :o
Russell and Blacky to amass 55 possies between them (raffle the RS nomination)

Thompson to resign at post match press conf. :-D

Our last few games have been against West Coast, Kangas and the Lions.

Must have missed the last few games because we have played okay. Grant you the game against the Lions was nothing to write home about but the Roos and Weagles were very good [at least for where we are at].

You must be talking about Essendon*.

The game against the Cats will be an interesting one - not sure who can nullify Ablett [the short one] as he always gives us a hard time - perhaps Tex. The taller Ablett should be okay for T-Bird or Livo with whoever doesn't get Ablett to get Kingsley.

Carlos to take Ottons or King when one is resting with Red roaming in the backline.

The midfield is where the game is going to be won in which case we may need Jackson to be elevated from the rookie list.

I hate playing Geelong.

We actually have been close to winning, the skills have been better than earlier this season. Since the home truths session Pagan has the team playing much better and I believe the skills have picked up as a result of being allowed to play a style of gmae they're more comfortable with.

That wasn't my point though.

Do you enjoy sounding like a broken down record?

You know the more you make the same point over and over and over and over again the less value it adds, until its adding nothing at all.
