Freo is said to be cashed up and looking for midfielders should we not be resigning some of these young guns. Blackwell (from WA) Simpson etc. Further Murphy and Kennedy have showed enough to me that we should be seeking extentions now rather than waiting. |

Further Murphy and Kennedy have showed enough to me that we should be seeking extentions now rather than waiting. Blackwell is a F/S and i can't see him wanting to go anywhere else. Simpson has just been named as a member of the Leadership squad so i'm hoping he considers himself to be an important part of the CFC future - hence i think he'll stay. |

Why on God's Green Earth do Freo need midfielders? Isn't that their problem - too many midfielders? |

which of their midfielders are any good? Cook? McManus? Haselby? Bell? Headland? ...Josh Carr is the only one i can think of that is ok, but he spends all day playing the man instead of the ball. Their midfield i slow and soft... |

Agreed SB Their midfield is their key weakness. Lack speed and have too many small midfielders |

I agree with trading Stevens. BUT For Mundy! Nah man...there has to be a better payer we can get than Mundy. That would be like trading in the 94 Commodore for a 94 Falcon. |

I'd take that deal in a heartbeat....................the problem is, Freo wouldn't. Mundy is way to valuable to them. Besides, didn't Stevens come back to Melbourne because of the whole 'Homesick' crap? Why would he want to go interstate again? |
