Wasn't around at the time, but from what I've heard, I'd have Sticks as No.1. And I thought SOS would get a gig. |

SOS really came into his own in the 1990's. Started in 1985, battled injury and illness in both 1986 and 1989. I think Braddles might be the unlucky one, but a hard job trying to pick 10 players in such a successful decade. |

Pretty good list Jarusa and definitely agree with Johnston at number 1. Still my favourite player (along with Doull, Harmes, Hunter, Bosustow etc, etc, etc). ![]() I might have slotted Maclure in over Glascott not on footy talent but just for spending a career doing all the shitwork that made many of those around him look good. |

Nice try Jarusa. IMHO the Buzz whilst a mercurial player was not in the same league as a Carlton player as those selected nor others that i propose.. I feel the following deserve to be considered... Fitzpatrick Dean Meldrum Alvin Sheldon Buckley English Perovic All proven with longevity and big game performance! |

We should have some objective tests - shouldn't we pick the guy who had the highest goals scored per game on average? |

Great. That puts Doull and Hunter pretty much out of it. |

Doull who? ![]() Just for one spot moshe25...was just testing to see if anyone read or remembered the Daryl Gilmore article from the other week, the guy who kicked 3 goals in 1 game and therefore on goal/game average is better than Kernahan! |

I'll go for: Johnston, Kernahan, Hunter, Bradley, Doull, Maclure, Buckley, Harmes, Fitzpatrick and Ashman. |
