Said he'd spoken to many clubs re an Assistant's role but would be interested in a position at Carlton. IMO his tone suggested he wasn't holding out hope. |

There's no way we should get Rats in as an assistant.... * he has has coaching experience at a number of different clubs * he knows how the modern game is played * he is a specialist midfielder * he loves the club ![]() ![]() |

Too risky for pagan to have Ratten as an assistant. If Brown and his Henchmen get it together it would be easy to swap Ratten in. Won't happen. BTW I wish I was one of Brown's Henchmen. I've always wanted to be a henchman. |

I agree. Nothing wrong with getting him down for an interview, but to suggest we would be stupid to overlook him is just smothering yourself in the idea that one of the favourite sons returning home will fix everything... kind of like what people were suggesting with Pagan bringing in SOS.
