There was another thread on this, but it had mutated into a "we hate the board" type thing, so I'll start fresh and banish the original to the back of the bus.

Who got the strength and conditioning gig? Has anyone been appointed yet?

DOA says that AW is going through his re-hab like a good boy, but we have a few others out there as well. They should be OK for now as the surgeons might still be doing follow-ups, but in the next couple of weeks, the gym-buddy system will need a bit more supervision.

Wondering if anyone closer to the action has any inside running? My mate at the doggies knows of a few good candidates that put their hands up, but hasn't heard any more.

To my knowledge - it was offered to someone last week; have not heard back to see if they accepted or not...or what has come of it. Will chase it up.

One of the players told me that the new guy had a similar role at Melbourne for 4 or 5 years. A name was mentioned but it didn't mean anything to me and I promptly forgot it.
