just wondering if anyone has considerd this or heard anything from the club.

normally i get a 17 game Social Club Membership

but with us only having 16 games this year was wondering if the club had released any info stating that the membership will be cheaper.

I phoned the club about this last week, the 17 game memberships become 16 games and the cost is factored down accordingly

No excuse I know but the Carlton Communications team has been a team of 1 for the past 2 weeks. The draw only came out last week so give them a little time.

I guess there'll be some press in the next 2 days which will take priority too.

Nice effort by the AFL to let Carlton know prior to the draw release. I've already payed my 2007 membership, they can keep the discounted money as they need it.

Adult 16 available for $254, down from the initial $269 originally stated for the equivalent 17 game package.

I cant believe how cheap membership is. I have never bothered to find out how much it costs for an adult 17/16 game membership with living in Perth it doesnt apply to me. You compare that with an interstate membership which is about $110 with seeing 2 games! Sorry to bore everyone but that just really surprised me.

mate, if you think $500 is cheap, then you have too much money.

That is what it will cost me next year to go to the footy

That is a bit steep! You'd better just move to Melbourne!!

No wonder the Club requests 2 games in Perth every year...at $110 for an interstate membership, they're making a killing.

Wouldn't happen to be an announcement relating to Ken Sheldon being appointed as Football Department Manager, molsey??

Very interesting appointment in this political climate if true.
