fair enough, it would be better on a weekend...but you can't please everyone. I know I'll be there, and well enough time to take a half day off work! should be good...

It seriously does not make sense to NOT have it on the weekend.

Is ground booked every weekend?

A bit of an explaination from the club wouldn't go astray either.

I think the club did a similar thing last year they have a Friday afternoon before Christmas and after the pre season comp have another family day on a Saturday or Sunday. I think it is to incorparate training into the day.

I can't defend the club on this one, have training on the Saturday FFS! Really make a day of it and get extra members and sales as a result - sell photos with a premiership cup and your favourite player get Fu$*in motivated and do something!
