Amendment was passed last Tuesday and it reads like this: Section 13.0 Board of Directors 13.0.1 Kernahan Rule 13.0.2 I'm Stciks F$ck the rest |

This is supposed to be his last term, but there was talk a while back that they were looking at altering the constitution in order that he would be able to stay on the Board for longer. Not sure if it ever happened. |

Hey, it Kernahan has done his maximum bumnber of Board stints how is it possible that Rose and Wilson haven't? Haven't they been on the Board forever or are they new? |

Kernahan was on the Board with Elliott. Rose, Wilson, Diggins et al only came on with the Collins challenge. |
