Apparently announced retirement...just on SEN....wants to persue other business interests.

Did my ears deceive me?

No - he's gone...Thanks Arch - really on the cusp as an AFL level footballer...nearly but not quite. Elevate Jacko.

Man U Stink and Brettie were on the money.

Surely we have to get another ruckman in the draft now or promote Aisake.

Anyway, I wish to congratulate Adrian DeLuca on his career at Carlton. Copped a lot of shit for his two grab marks, but was a serviceable player and a top bloke to boot.

Thanks for your efforts, Adrian.

This is turning into the best pre-season ever.

It's going to be a whole new club next year. 8)

Ditto for me. Tried his guts out.

Best of luck with the new career Arch.

Bring on '07 and Gibbs (not necessarily in that order)

Showed in glimpses what he was capable of... Well done to him for making what is a pretty brave decision.

Come on down Michael Griffiths is what I say....

Like PJ said well done to ADL on his efforts at the Blues and he probably has made the right decision...maybe he will be auditing the club in a few years when we are in receivership....only kidding....
Chris Bryan should be sending ADL a christmas card and thanking him for prolonging his career..

I thought ADL may have seen our dismal ruck stocks as an opportunity to really establish himself. He was exceptionally mobile but just lacked the hands and the body strength. Always hard to see a good clubman go. Also interesting to see someone at that age with a year on his contract to turn his back on it. Our best footballer is Fev and he seems to have reverted to a big dumb yobby bully (i've just seen the video), and guys like Prenda and ADL, who are smart guys just didn't have the talent. Anyone on the board able to do brain transplants? I wonder of the club knew about this prior to the delistings? Anyway Chris Bryan is a lucky boy. ADLs retirement probably saved him. Not many of the class of 04 rejects left now.

Well done Adrian Deluca on his efforts for the Carlton Football Club. It is a brave person to turn his back on a football contract. I hope he does well in his chosen career.

Pagan should take a leaf out of his book.

Goodluck Deluca. Might not be the most gifted. Always tried to the best of his ability.

The most frustrating footballer to watch at Carlton the past 2 years. If only he could mark!! Good luck Archie.

Bring on Action Jackson!!
